Is Here!

This is for one 10 pound plate. Yes.

This is a real five pound bumper plate used for Olympic lifting technique training!

The York Barbell Bumper Grip Plates are part of their York USA line of bumpers. They have that full size plate diameter with the solid feel of real metal. These are not a wiggly piece of rubbery material, the center mag wheel design is made of solid cast aluminum with a rubber rim.

Technique training is not just for kids. You want to cement that start position off the floor right in your head, hips and entire neuromuscular system. Whether you are training that snatch and clean & jerk for competition or some other sport, you want to do it right.

These are great for new lifters, warm-ups, cool downs and even the Masters age lifters that might be doing their Olympic lifts again, for the first time in 25 years. Overview
YORK BARBELL stands true to its spirit as an industry pioneer, introducing the all-new "Bumper Grip" plate. Inspired by the "ISO-Grip" plate, the new "Bumper Grip" Plate embraces the maneuverability of the three-grip design. The steel composite hub fortifies the structural integrity of the plate. The rim of the place is surrounded by high quality rubber ensuring the functionality and floor protection expected from a bumper plate.

We know you are out there and this time
you are going to do it right...
