Milo magazine published a really scary article about water quality about 10 or 15 years ago. I'll say it again. Scary stuff. I was able to get the 2012 Water Quality Report for the City of Bowling Green. It is posted on-line. Here is the link, if you would like to see a sample of what it might look like for your community.
The gentleman I spoke with at Water Treatment department was very helpful. He noted that with many pharmaceuticals, we probably have them filtered out by our "recently" improved system (including reverse osmosis and several other systems), even though that is not part of the official report.
