Atomic Athletic Classic Kettlebells would not have been out of place among Arthur Saxon's Strongman act equipment.

One of the secrets of lifting the giant weights, before modern Olympic bars with machine tool bearing systems, was to have a hollow bell loaded with shot. The trick was to turn the bar while the shot was mid air, inside the bell. The concept worked well for kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells. Shot-loaded equipment has a feel like no other and can make you even stronger in certain movements than working with solid equipment.

Made with high quality forged plate steel, Atomic Athletic kettlebells are hand-forged by one of our Master Blacksmiths right here in the USA.

Our standard finish is Classic Gloss Black, but we have done custome finishes as special orders.

The picture on the left was taken in the Atomic Athletic warehouse, and shows a nice contrast in sizes between the 6 Inch and the 10 Inch varieties. The 6 Inch size was snatched overhead 108 times by the winner of the kettlebell contest at the Jaanipaev Festival in Chicago last summer.
