Indian Wrestler's Stone Wheel (Gar Nal): 35 Pound Size

The Lost

Indian Wrestling

Neck & Back

Training Tool

Suprisingly simple, yet elegant, the Stone Wheel is the ultimate grappler's strength secret.

India has been known for its long history of wrestling traditions. When combined with the old British definition, it encompassed a good chunk of Southern Asia and the Middle East. That made some of the greatest wrestlers in history Indian. Wrestling was important it was even incorporated into many religious stories going back thousands of years.

35 Pounds is tough. Trust me. If you have not already done a lot of neck work, this will be plenty for you to start with. If you have done a lot, then this will be the one you will use for daily training. Everyone should start with the 20 pound size, then get the 35 pounder. Remember, you can stack these babies.

Our Stone Wheels are made in the traditional solid, hand cut granite with a honed smooth finish, making them suprisingly comfortable. Don't let the comfort fool you, that just allows you to train harder...
