Ever wonder where those clever kettlebell guys get many of their "Eastern European" ideas?
Hermann Goerner was doing all of those exercises long before those guys were born. This is one of the primary sources for many of the greatest grip strength and kettlebell training exercises. You will be hard pressed to ever find a nicer copy of this book. Hardcover, stiff cardboard type with Goerner photo on printed paper. The cover paper shows a little wear, but it has hardly even been opened. The spine tape isn't even torn.
The many photos and illustrations are simply awesome. The "gloss" white paper shows the photos, including the background, far better than any cheap, paperback reproduction ever will.
You will kick yourself it you miss this opportunity...
